This class is for those people whose schedule is so hectic that they cannot make it to class during the week. This Spin Strong Class combines cardio and strength training for a complete calorie burn! Participants can wear their bike shoes and clip in for a 30 minute ride, and then switch to sneakers for 30 minutes of strength training. This class will burn fat, tone muscle, and build strength.
